When I arrived it took the idiot behind the desk 40 min to sort out our reservation. The room was cleaner than I expected. One of my two rooms didn't even have a power cord on thee TV, had to wait a whole day for them to fix. The " residents here all look like Crack heads! Run away! Spend the dough an get a real room.

Door card didn’t work but staff woman saw me walking back to check-in and knew I had just checked in. She kindly walked me back to the room and let me in saving me a walk to the front desk.

BEWARE!!!! This property is a high drug traffic area!!! I called this property a day before my check-in to let them know I was traveling from out of town & needed to find out if I had to pay anything upon arrival since my rooms were booked/paid through Expedia, the receptionist clearly stated not once, but twice, that I was all set & that all I had to do was check in.. Upon arrival, I had to put up a $100 deposit PER ROOM before checking in & I only had cash. They do NOT accept cash, only debit or credit card. The receptionist was VERY unprofessional when I got to the front desk, she continues to stand in the back folding clothes out of their dryer behind the desk, knowing that I was there to check-in. The area is a high traffic drug area as I witnessed several times, drug activity going on in the parking lot (passing of drugs back & forth through car windows) A car would pull up and drive to someone standing in the parking lot, they would walk over to their car & remove something from their pocket & hand it through the window to the driver of the car & then put something into their pocket. The lighting in the parking lot was very poor. Once we got checked into the rooms, the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned (dirty sheets on the beds, stains in/on the sinks, hair in tubs, broken grab bars in the tub that was patched together with tape, torn furniture, and lastly, NASTY TOILETS!!! (Luckily I brought my own sheets and purchased cleaning supplies from the local Walmart)

Rooms had cockroaches and the staff was very rude

When i got there to check in had to wait 20 minutes, for the front desk person to check me in, then she said they dont take cash for a deposit, so i left to put my money on my card and came back and she wasnt there again and i had to wait another whole 20 minutes, plus the lobby to stinky, the elevator was stinky and dirty, and the floor in the room was dirty, couldn't even walk barefoot if not your feet looked like you were walking barefoot on dirt, never again

I booked online and when I got to the front desk at 9:10 pm no one was there and had to wait about ten minutes before the lady showed up and once she did another person there interrupted and she kept talking to her and instead of helping me first she went to go look at a room so then another fifteen minutes later I finally got help never going here again not to mention the twekers walking around all night and morning also the smell of drugs up and down my hallway

When we entered our room the temp in the room was set at 60°. It was so cold. When we turned the heat up to 70° the floor and walls were super condensated and slippery. We got a towel out of the bathroom to clean the floor and it was probably the dirtiest floor I have ever had to experience in a hotel. They did not supply us with any supplies for the kitchen even though it had a kitchenette. I booked the hotel as 4 people staying in the room and they supplied us with towels for 2. Also, no coffee available in the morning even though it is in their pictures. No coffee pot in room either.
