The room rates were good. It was nice to have a fridge with an actual freezer too. The sheets did not look like they were changed from the last customer. One bed had brown spots maybe dirt in between the sheets. The other bed had food in between the sheets.

No nonsmoking rooms, no room service, the heater is not working properly at the winter weather, not enough blankets for 4 people, even after saying breakfast is available, offering only tea/coffee.

They need new beds and better bedding. The A/C in my room was non functioning and a few other issues. I happen to be there on a sold out weekend, so that limited the ability to change rooms. The staff was nice.

Basic room very small. Noisy, you can hear people in the next room and the people above walking around. Not very sound proof. They only provide 2 little bar soaps no shampoo or conditioner. But it did the job for a quick over night stay.
