My picture ID was temporarily mislaid, I was unable to partake of my booking. The staff tried to help, invited me back and ENSURED that my booking was cancelled, so that I would not be charged! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will be returning in a day or two. Thanks so much!
A/C Good, TV bad.
My main purpose was air conditioning, which did very well, but most of the TV channels often froze. Also ABC TV network not available.

Room was clean. I had a Very noisy person in the neighboring room. The front desk tried to assist but the person ignored their request to quiet down at midnight. Front desk was able to move me to another room. It was definitely more quiet until 6am and door started slamming.
