From making the reservation to checking in was very easy. It took about five minutes and the lady I talked to was very polite and professional. When I arrived and checked in it only took another five minutes and I was on my way to my room which was super clean and very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and quite nice. Check out was a two minute affair and staff was professional and friendly. There was plenty of parking and it was very well lit. I was very pleased with everything from start to finish.

I only booked the hotel because we were at our family gathering for Thanksgiving and didn’t want to take the long drive home late at night so we weren’t expecting the four seasons but definitely did not expect to remove a stink bug from our room. Then in the morning Housekeeping let themselves in the room at 10:42!!! I said checkout is 11 so why are you entering my room?! Rude!

The room was disgusting. There were dead bugs on rope of the blanket and under the pillow

Staff was very friendly. Room was kinda clean but there was a greasy hand print above the tv.

Rooms were newly remodeled so very nice and clean. If looking for a no frills (no coffee pot in room but one in the lobby, no shampoo or conditioner, no breakfast) then this motel is a great price.

It was clean, did not like the cable many channels did not have sound.
