Great Stay!
The room was clean and comfortable, pool was great, ice for cooler was very nice. Did wish for breakfast, but overall a good stay!
My experience at the Red Roof+.
The place is not clean at all, we arrived early at 4AM and they had no beds yet available, because they were fully booked that Saturday. We stay in the lobby until 9AM before we got a room which I understood I guess. We entered our room and it wasn't clean at all, the floors we not cleaned, the carpet had food crumbs on it, the bathroom had hair in the tub and sink. The ceiling above the indoor pool had paint chips hanging over it, some paint chips falling in the pool. The vending machines don't work, well they take your money and don't defense anything. The place is a wreck. And on top of that the cable went out Sunday and wasn't back on when we checked out that Monday night at 11:30PM. NEVER AGAIN is what I should have titled this.
Dirty carpet, torn curtains,broken tile.
We booked and paid online with a national agency. When we arrived we had to put an additional damage deposit for $100 of which they told us it would be refunded when we left. We went to the room, the elevator had broken and missing tile. the floors to the room were not vacuumed. when we went into the room the first thing we noticed was a curtain torn the total height of the curtain. I took a picture so not to get charged for any damage. The TV did not work and had the manager come and fix it. I asked him if he normally rents a room with torn curtains and he said the past tenants did that. Why would he rent it to new tenants that way when the occupancy was less than ten percent? The room had not been vacuumed as well as there was clear evidence it had not been done. We checked for bugs and spent the nite there anyway. We had reserved a room for the following nite but cancelled it. We had originally booked the room a second nite because were unsure we would be staying the second nite because my wife was sceduled for a operation and unsure if she would be dismissed.

Hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was grime and dirt all over the floors and literally dried blood smeared on the wall in my room that painted an awful scene. I had a room with a Jacuzzi tub and it was so dirty I couldn’t even use it. To top it off, there was water damage on the ceiling above the bed in my room, and the water was dripping on my face while I slept. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Absolutely will never be going to a Red Roof hotel ever again.

I asked for a first floor due to physical challenges and a pet, got 5th . The room was on a floor where the ac in the hall was in pieces. The room did not have a shower but only a tub that I was not informed of. Once again I have physical challenges that made that dangerous. The location worked well for me. Amenities list on website did not match what was available such as breakfast and shower.

When I turned in the water in the bathroom it came out yellow in both the sink and tub. Each time turning it on and off.
