The furniture is very old. They need to update they decor. I smell mildew in the hallway. Sink is dripping water, Let's not mention that I saw a bug crawling down the juice fountain. The morning I was trying to eat breakfast. Will not ever stay there again.

Clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

The owner/manager refused to refund my room. We arrived at 7:30 pm and the room had no air. We walked down stairs at 8:30 to get a refund since there were no more rooms and were told we wouldn’t get our money back.

Microwave rusted out. Carpet missing. Fridge door fell off when opened. TV didn’t work. Smelled.

Wouldn't let me check in 2 hours early after a day of travel. Freezer in fridge has never been defrosted. Tv didn't work.

Great Location!

I checked with systems down. Everything was done over the phone with some unknown person. This property is appealing to the eye on the website but horror. I entered the room after getting a bite to eat and The mass amounts of mold in the room was ridiculous. I walked out and handed the room keys back to the guy that checked me in. I stated to him it’s too much mold in that room for my health conditions, I cannot stay here. This property needs a complete renovation. It is a ridiculous to know the condition of the property and check someone in to such horrible conditions. I’m seeking a full refund because I was totally unaware of the condition and this definitely weds to be addressed.

The room had mold growing on the ceiling and smelled terrible, I was told there was no other rooms available. The front desk clerk was literally asleep behind the counter at breakfast. Overall the property was not clean and needed some up keep. Would not stay again or recommend this property to anyone.

The hotel room was absolutely unacceptable. The room was e trembly humid, the carpet was very damp. The AC vents had mold build up on it as well as the curtains. While requesting a different room we were told none were available but we could have booked another room at that very moment. We did not want to cancel but to just move rooms due to health reasons. The staff did not care about the mold or anything we had to say. The manager was not even available to speak to. We drove hours to just come have a comfortable night to sleep and we couldn’t even manage that with how horrible the room was turned over to us. UNACCEPTABLE.

My experience was terrible.My wife and my kids was suppose to stay here and we couldn’t.We check in think ok we going lay down with our 4 daughters.The rooms was not livable .There was no smoke detector.The room had stain on wall bed and lamps.The ceiling had water damage.the room had mildew along the ceiling and walls.The tub just no words for it. The room had open light fixtures with masking tap coving the holes.The furniture was old and dirty.So all and all we didn’t stay 5mins in this place. Expedia should drop this property from its site.The young lady at front desk was very sweet. It’s just the property is nasty.The owner is a scammer he knows these rooms are like this it’s very unsafe.I normally don’t do these thing but i have to tprotect others. Please don’t stay here at all .
