Breakfast was a wonderful surprise! Keisha was very accommodating and found us a suitable room.
Nasty smelly room. Did not stay. Did not get refund.
Will contact corporate office of best western. We are club members, for no longer. Will not stay in a best western again. Three different hotels since. Traveling in Canada and will be using other hotels rather than Best Western. 🙈.
