Loud at night

Our room had a jetted tub. It didn’t work. The television signal quit almost right away and never came back on, not even in the morning.

Big room, great price, good location

Low end motel. Got what we paid for i suppose. Bed was comfortable but linens and towels not very nice.

It was clean. The best thing was the customer service. I dixnt like my room and they let me switch easily and quickly.

Autumn the receptionist was excellent. Breakfast was pretty good. The maid service missed things during cleanup. Overall it was average.

Attended "Parent-Homecoming Weekend" for the first time at USU, location was super convenient to everything, especially campus. It's located on the main street, so traffic is non-stop and loud, but we had the AC on so it drowned out most of the noise. We were on the first floor, with "elephants" and kids stomping above us, so maybe we will request a top floor next time. Room is spacious, bed and pillows comfortable, and bed linens & towels seemed clean, but carpeting was filthy (turned my slipper-socks black), bathroom floors around the edges were filthy, toilet (especially exterior of toilet bowl area and base) was not sanitized too well either, drips of something on the bathroom doors, and some walls. I realize housekeeping at full occupancy can be tiresome, but it's the details that were missed: overall level of cleanliness was tolerable for such a short stay. We skipped the breakfast so cannot comment on that, but the front desk service was friendly and efficient.

Centrally located in Logan, close to restaurants/bars/shopping and the university.

Great property for our needs. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable and my son had fun in the pool. Would stay again.
