Room was spotless breakfast was wonderful.
Will return, staff was very helpful.
Bed too high, cousin fell off stool given to get in and out. No bars in shower anywhere.
My room was not what I ask for. Food was great. Noone at desk anytime, had to ring bell. It was all clean. Whoever thought that high beds were an option.

I was informed during check in that because I booked my stay through a third party site, that I’m not eligible to use my AAA discount, even though the room rate is full price. Complete crap and I’ve never experienced that before.

We stayed in a double queen room, same room as last year. Everything was great except for the bed closest to the window. Replace the mattress! It was awful.

It was down a dead end road which was nice. It does have a big parking lot for tractor trailers but I do not know if it was for them just to stay there or if they were spending the night at the hotel but it’s made for the hotel right in front. Bed was nice pillows were small, but I bring my own pillow anyway

A good price with really good accommodations. The King Suite was spacious. The living room setting was perfect for our extended stay. The AC units were quiet, did not roar while running as so many other hotel units do. Rooms were very clean. Staff very accommodating. Hot breakfast with several choices was good. Forty minutes from Bentonville, AR. Considering the higher hotel rates in Bentonville and the surrounding areas, this hotel was a good price worthy of the short drive.
