For the price, facilities (pool breakfast) and location adjacent to Colonial Williamsburg, I was very pleased. Not as nice as newer, more expensive resorts. But, for our needs and the reasonable price, very pleased.

It was a last minute book!! For the price I paid, it was not worth it. The tub was extremely dirty, the toilet had a ring of dirt where the water sits, the room had a strong smell of mildew. When the AC was on it smelled like the filter has never been cleaned. Overal a bad experience, again, not worth the price AT ALL!!!

This hotel saved my experience when I say I would stay at only this hotel they waived my deposit after I told them I had a bad stay in Williamsburg around august. There rooms was clean and safe and so friendly.

Our bedding hadn’t been changed out from the previous guest. We pulled the covers back and found hair and dirt. The floors need to be vacuumed as well. When my husband went to talk to the clerk about the issue, another man was complaining about the same issue. The clerk told him there was nothing her could do because the cleaners had all gone home. We slept on top of the covers with a blanket.
