At check in I managed to notice the 8 1/2 x 11" sign saying no housekeeping unless you request it by 10:00PM the night before. I immediately requested daily housekeeping. Never got any. Complained each day. On day 2 we got towels only. No remorse. No improvement.
Toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall and missing. Never fixed that either. At $456 for 3 nights, I expect a lot more.

The staff was great. Friendly and answered any questions we had. The room was super clean, as was the pool area. Nice pool and hot tub too. The rooms were dated, but again super clean.

Bathroom area, toilet in relation to the shower was tight. Besides that, the place was really clean. Smelled clean too. And not a sprayed febreze to cover smells clean. This is a clean and comfortable room.
