I have stayed at this hotel several times. It has a very good location near Hwy. 101 and a near a grocery store with great take out. It is not fancy but comfortable. Very nice staff.

There was no water one day and no power the next, the pool was also out of service. There was no shampoo or conditioner in our room

Check in was easy and they allowed early check in as I am a best western rewards member (otherwise $30 more). Pool is not heated and no hot tub but clean and fairly empty. Beds comfortable. They put us in an adjoining room to a family with young children who screamed and ran all day and night so it was impossible to sleep. Very thin walls.
