Bed comfortable. Had to wait to check in, not fun after a very long drive. Guide did not work on TV. No bath towels or tissues in bathroom, but clean.

Really nice room, very large and clean. Establishment very quiet. Only complaints: 1) the room was musty in odor, could stand airing out 2) coffee maker was broken upon arrival (they did provide a replacement). Breakfast was simple n expression, but quite reasonable.

Overall good hotel experience.

Room was clean, bed was firm, no hair dryer, flat iron or coffee pot in room (there was coffee). The shower leaked from the tub faucet which caused little water pressure from shower head. All of these were reported to front desk. Lady wrote it down. Later went to ask again for a hair dryer so I could dry my hair and I was given an apology but no dryer. Breakfast was so-so. Pancake maker was broken. eggs were cold. Not worth the $ we paid to stay.

A bit of distance from airport, would rather then stay downtown. No amenities nearby so drove far to Walmart and mall. Our delayed flight made us miss our first night. Front desk teller was VERY cold and unsympathetic. Would not barge and insisted we would not get refunded for the unused night. The hallway carpet is NASTY and not vaccumed. The room had food crumbs in drawers and dining chairs. We sanitized and wiped down bedding and surfaces. No soap is available, we were lucky to have packed our own. Breakfast was poor, none of the food that ran out within half hour was replenished. Weak coffee, no fruits. I was lucky to have brought my own sandwich. No microwave in the room so must go to the lobby to use the shared one. We left for the day to return to an uncleaned room at night. The front desk repeatedly hung up on us when we called.So we had to request towels, shampoo and lotion. We were told soap isn't provided but the man at the front desk insisted that a large bottle is attached to bathtub but that's not the case. He was rude and impatient. We got through the night and woke up with low expectations for breakfast. Again, we brought our own food from the day before. The lone staff was overwhelmed and couldn't replenish food fast enough and kept mentioning that people were just too any. At some point, another staff has to leave to go find milk. Recall that no amenities are around the hotel. My refund is still a pending case. NEVER AGAIN! Please save your money.

I only booked that room for the jetted tub in the room and it didn't have any cold water. The faucet was broken. Huge disappointment. We didn't stay

The pool was filthy. It was chunks of dirt on the bottom and the pool was very cloudy. You couldn't see the bottom. There were the same socks on the floor for two days straight in the pool area. The jets and the hot tub didn't work. There was gross stuff on the pool floor. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work. Our room had clumps of dirt in the corners. It was disgusting. I have stayed there before it was beyond disgusting I have videos if you need to see them.

My bf and I stayed here for our first time in Syracuse area. We had a good time and the hotel was relatively close to places we wanted to visit.

The property was very clean and nice looking. The accessible tub was very slippery. Breakfast was hot and fresh.
