Clean & quiet area, a couple plugs did not work floor was not mopped my toddlers socks were black from walking around inside. There was no body wash in the container they provide & we had forgot ours but other then that it was a great experience & I will return!

Unsafe area housing rude dangerous acting immigrants, trying to run into you in the walkway. Transgender men walking around in front of children half dressed acting weird. No soap. No room check. Very rude staff if you are not of the immigrant status. All around not a place you would want to be with children. And be ready for a 100 dollar security payment that makes zero sense.

Definitely not bad for the price and location. Room was very clean, no issues with anything in the room. Just had a strange smell but nothing that would prevent us from stay. Easy to find and parking was convenient. Jay the assistant manager was super nice, courteous and hospitable. Spoke to him the day before we arrived and he also checked us in. Bed was comfortable and had a good night rest. About 30 minutes from Orlando airport and lots of restaurants around.

We stayed in this property when we evacuated from Milton. It was a good place to stay and to keep safe. Now while it is not the Ritz Carlton it is well kept place and staff was extremely friendly. The dollar value was good. We traveled with 2 cats, so that was a little more money. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and Disney was not far away.

The staff was amazing! I book rooms for our business and they were wonderful to deal with and they didn't raise prices (if they did, not a lot) after Hurrican Milton. :-)
