This hotel is very nice. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have a nice free breakfast in the morning and is walking distance from several dining facilities. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff are super nice.

Comfortable beds was a plus

We stayed here for 5 days, and the staff were very nice. The facilities were weird. I found pubic/beard hair in my sheets and on my pillows, but thankfully, I usually bring my own bed clothes so that wasn't the biggest deal. The real problem was the room we got smelled mildewy and like there was some sort of mold. Whatever it was screwed with my asthma bad and I ended up not sleeping the whole time I was there. We were also assured we were on a non-smoking side of the hotel, but when we got there the hallway where our room was smelled so strongly of weed. On a different note, I think they may be in the process of renovating, because there was a strange mix of new and old appliances. The whole area around the hotel also looked like an active construction site. So these concerns may be remedied by the time someone else gets there, but for us it was just another out dated, moldy hotel. (But again, the staff was lovely!)

Staff was great. Only thing annoying was noise from a running toilet on the floor above or below 2nd floor

It smelled really strong with some kind of scent that didn’t go away. The room had no lights. Women can’t put on makeup in this light. Don’t know if I will use Best Western Plus again because of the lighting.
