When travelling for work, I generally just want a comfortable bed and to feel like the room is clean. Room cleanliness was alright but the bed was just awful. Did not feel like a safe place to stay as a woman travelling alone.

Breakfast was terrible. The biscuits were so hard and gravy watery still couldn't cut with a knife. You could let professional baseball players use them for batting practice. The TV and phone didn't work had to get front desk clerk to follow me to room and she did fix it.

They had changed the name and all their signage was changed so it was a little hard to find. I finally walked in and asked if they knew where my correct hotel was. That’s how I found it. Front desk guy seemed like I was annoying him by being there. His friend on the phone continued to talk through my check in. Hotel was pretty dirty with a lot of mattresses and other garbage in the hallways. Pool and hot tub were “temporarily closed” but it looked like it had been that way for a long time now and want going to change. Not much seating for breakfast but not many options so it helped motivate you to leave. No bacon or sausage and the eggs were swimming in water

The pictures online differ a lot from what we were given. Overall cleanliness not great. Ice bucket had yellow stains in it and it overall needs a cleaning overhaul. Like most places in Vernal though you can tell people have been living there for quite some time.

Room a little less than Satisfactoy, A/C didn’t work, hole in bathroom door, TV too far from bed and poor seating. Elevator didn’t work, ice machine on 3rd floor. Short or no food staples available in food court.
Comparable to Motel 6 with smaller edge.
Would not stay or recommend this hotel.

It AC was very loud. Rooms were dated. Pool and hot tub were closed. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.
