They screwed up my stay Cruise reservation.
I contacted the hotel desk person identified themselves as clerk. I booked a room for Cruise and stay and got there and they only had a hotel room that I paid $261 for I had to add Cruise rate and WeMo service for $75 extra Management with no help. They said I did the wrong thing and I had to pay extra. I’ve been staying there for 10 years and now I feel I can’t trust them to make a reservation over the phone.
Great stop over before our cruise.
This probably the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed Wouldn't keep coming back if we didn't enjoy it.

Great Hotel
I was coming off of a cruise to bad weather! I made the reservation at 6:30 am. When I got to the hotel a room was waiting for me. Great job during a trying time. The staff was very friendly and professional. Keep up the good work.
