Staff very friendly Super clean and location is great
Loved that everyone was happy, courteous and friendly. Hotel, drive, lobby and rooms extremely clean. It was centrally located to restaurants and location we needed to go. It was perfect for our stay. We will definitely be staying there when we return to Columbus area again.

Everything was very clean and staff very friendly. Parking was good loved that there was plenty of handicapped parking, as we have need for wheelchair lift accessible. That being said I would definitely stay here again.

After returning to the room on the evening of check-in, I found water on the bathroom floor. I traced it to a leak from the sink. I reported it to the front and asked to be relocated, but there were no other rooms available. Thus, I cleaned the floor myself and put a trash can under the sink to collect the water. I also found that the fill valve in the toilet tank sometimes did not shut off even when the float lifted the shut-off lever as high as it could go. The water would continue to run into the overflow tube, eventually stopping for no apparent reason after 30 or more minutes had passed.
