Property is in bad shape for the price. Rooms and common areas are worn down and kind of dirty. The staff was friendly but I would not stay here again!

I had a race in Martinez and booked my stay last minute. It was a convenient location to food and the venue. Plenty of parking and was quiet at night to get the deep rest I needed to race the next day. Thankful I booked my stay here.

Bah. Well the doors slam all night and day. There was a huge gap between the door and the floor. There was gum and wax in the carpet. Stains in the wall. I found pills on the floor, thankfully before my dog did. There was rubbish under the bed. The bed felt old. The remote for the TV was dirty. The towels and bedding were clean. The house staff were kind. I wish it had been cleaner. There were a lot of people smoking and drinking in the parking area. There were people smoking by the pool. They claim to have a no smoking on premises. The parking areas had looked like there was a party.
