Tony and his colleague (I'm embarrassed but I can't remember his name) were absolutely phenomenal. Very professional and courteous and attentive to all things. They truly ensured that my stay in Chicago was exceptional! I would give this hotel 20 stars if I could.
Great Hotel & Restaurant
The room with king size bed was bright and very modern. It had a table and chairs by the window and a comfortable chair to watch tv. Also the bed was so comfortable and the staff was friendly. They also have a great restaurant.

Staff care about their visitors despite issues with rooms and were willing to upgrade our room as a result. The room we had was cleaned regularly and the view of the river from the bedroom was spectacular
