A nice stay with very helpful staff, in particular, Arturo. He was always ready and offering to help.
Lovely hotel, great location
The housekeeping staff was really nice as were the check in and welcoming staff. That includes the bellmen. Just everyone was helpful.

Nice hotel room and nice staff at a great location. Well run property. Only issue is the TV in the room has only very basic channels, no chsnnel guide and cuts out sometimes. Also no ability to cast from your device (this is a basically offering at more modest tier hotels). Upgrade that and it's off to the races..

Absolutely wonderful stay for my first time in Chicago was in walking distance of so many popular attractions! Everyone was so helpful and offer free luggage storage on the day of check out due to our flight being later in the day!

The Staff at this establishment went beyond my expectations to make my stay pleasant.
This is a good place and the price was reasonable for the location.
My suggestion to make it excellent would be to add a microwave unit to the suites.
