The room was clean, booking was easy. Booked it at the last minute to take pets somewhere where they would feel safe because the hurricane. The staff was so courteous and efficient. Would recommend.

the room A/C was not working properly, carpets and furniture were dirty and worn, grounds around entire property was trashy, the outdoor pool area was not clean trash everywhere, beware do not stay here!

No so good my view was looking at the interstate no room service was offered no one told me that house keeping doesn’t come unless you request do my room never got cleaned at all room didn’t come with microwave rooms hotel is too nice and pricey not to have microwave in room at least the queen and king rooms this is my 2nd time staying for the weekend there I honestly don’t think I’ll be back be to pay I nice amount for my stay it wasn’t cheap also water in front of microwave could have caused a bad accident had to ask for towels
