We had a great experience overall. The room was small but clean. The hotel is very impressive (especially the lobby area). Our only problems were that we had two adults and three children (10 years old) in a room with two queen beds. In the reservation process, we were under the impression we were reserving a room with two queens and a pull out sofa bed. Our other issue was excessive noise from the room nextdoor. The concierge desk offered us meal vouchers to compensate for the mistake with the room. We were given the choice between free breakfast or a monetary credit for dinner. We chose the dinner option.

False Advertising
The picture upon booking shows two queens and a couch. We were told by phone operator that this room was what we were booking. Now I’m sleeping my truck in your lot while the rest of my family is in a room. And clearly no one helped when asked at front desk for resolve. Unacceptable!

I had purchased a room with a king bed. When I got there they gave me a key, I went to the room and there was a double. No big deal! Went downstairs to let them know and a manager walked over and cut me off. He said that a Group had overbooked their kings and not closed their link. I said I wasn't with the group. He mockingly said in a super slow and paused voice....I .....didn't.....say....you.....were.....as...I .....was....saying....gave me a sass look...and said that is why it is not available. I asked if there was anything for my wife and I and he sent me to a handicap accessible room. When going in there it looks like the room was barely cleaned.....what looked to be blood was all over the sink amongst other things. After the interaction with Mr. Sass downstairs, I chose to just clean their crap and go about my stay.....overbooked and blamed some group coming in, rude management and a dirty room....noooot good.

Amazing time, incredible staff at the bar , restaurant and front desk. Drinks were perfect, clients loved the Jumbo Tron sports TV, other TVs were fine too. Staff was very attentive to everyone's needs on a cold Winter night. We'll be back and as a Recruiter I encourage potential clients to book their stay here . Very clean rooms and dog friendly too. Amazing Breakfast ...don't miss out on the Breakfast deal !Very close to the airport to with professional shuttle that starts very early am for Nashville Airport. Can't wait to head back soon. You totally feel at home at the Restaurant and bar near the lobby.
