Fantastic hotel in every way! This hotel is so customer focused in the services they provide and how they deliver them. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the Sonesta Select Pleasant Hill. It's lovely; rooms are comfortable, well appointed, quiet and well maintained; in fact, my bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. There is a great gym and a laundry room; fast WiFi and TV with great selection of TV programs and movies. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

Pleasant and efficient check in. I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the bathroom…plenty of space and up to date. My only complaint would be the quality of the towels which were thin, small and rough.
Okay Hotel but showers were cold.
The water temperature in the shower did not get hot, hit lukewarm at best.

We walked in late and a woman with an aggressive husband was dropped off. Terrible for her and the receptionist (who was terrified and afraid to let anyone in, including my wife), but the area is not the safest. The hotel staff did excellently and called in law enforcement quickly, but I would stay in a safer area if I were you.
