The room was fine, but there was only one outlet near the bed. The A/C worked fantastic it was like a fridge but in a wonderful way. The TV was really large, but didn't work very well and only had a couple channels. Had to leave early but the breakfast looked pretty standard but not bad. The iron was broken. Would stay here again because it was cheap, but would definitely recommend bringing plugs that I can plug multiple things into. Also didn't like that you couldn't hang anything except in the closet which was weirdly out of the way and made me worry I was going to leave something. Staff was super helpful and I liked them. Overall: fine. Downside: needs more outlets and maybe better TV.

Property is very dated needs a refurb. Clean and tidy but the room we were placed in had a loud noise all night every 15 mins or so sounded like a hot water boiler.

No bath towels, front desk girl too busy on her phone to come to the desk. Also too busy to bring towels up to the room. Remote control/television not working. Won't stay here again.

Quick and simple check in, staff is friendly,very informative, professional and accommodating. I come back to this location as often as possible. Thank you all for making us feel welcome and comfortable.

Very close to Tuscon Airport and lots of food options close by. Good basic breakfast. Nice room and beds.

The place was dirty, and smelled bad. The elevators were run down and some of the buttons didn’t work unless you hit them repeatedly. The smoke detector in my room needed a new battery, and the bathroom sink drain was stuck down. There was no remote for the TV either. I was able to get help from the person at the front counter. They were very helpful and came to the room to replace the battery in the smokie, and grabbed a remote for me from a vacant room across the hall. But they shouldn't have had to do all that. The cleaning crew should've upchanneled all of these things to management, and management should've had these things taken care of and had the room ready before checking anyone into it. I'll never stay here again. I feel for the staff that have to put up with that kind of management.

This is the second timd here and this will be our choice in the future. Large, clean rooms, very friendly staff, and good location.

Only stayed overnight. Check in was easy and fast. Breakfast area was clean though some food finished before 9am. Shower was not working well, and tub was clogged.
