I like the location. I don’t like the toilet no flush properly, fridge was liking and coffe maker not working properly. They clean the room only one time during my 10 stay days.

Overall it's a decent place to stay for a couple of nights. However, there were many amenities missing. For example, there was no tea, only coffee in the room. They only had green tea to pick up from front office. But she told me they have never carried black tea, for unknown reason. I have health issues with coffee and had to drive out to get black tea. This is a basic amenity that every hotel has except this one. Secondly, there is no salt/pepper in the room. All of these things had to be picked up from front office. For other hotels with kitchens, these were always available in the room. I just had to make multiple phonecalls and trips to the office to get these (no one delivered to my room either). The bed was comfortable but the service was very lacking.

I really liked that the room has a fully functional kitchen equipped with 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 saucers, cooking pots, toaster, and utensils. The small full size fridge and full size microwave was excellent. I brought my own travel knife and dish soap and scrubber pad since some of the utensils weren’t clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. I also liked that a tub was available for soaking. The Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms smell , TV doesn’t work, only single bed in property, and very expensive

I arrived at the hotel at 2:15 and was told I would have to pay $15 for early check in or wait 45 minutes to check in with no additional charge. I've never heard of such a thing. If you have a room available, why can't I check in without paying extra. That's not good customer service.

Suite was looking tired and could do with a refresh. Carpets and air conditioning were cleaned during our stay. Shower had great hot water but unable to alter the pressure. Suite only cleaned every 7 days but fresh towels and supplies are available from reception. No indoor or outdoor lounging area for guests.

Sonesta Simply Suites was easily accessible from two major freeways, the nightly fare was a bargain, parking in front, and clean, large comfy rooms with a full kitchen. Friendly staff, from front desk to maintenance to housekeepers. I will definitely return!
