Always clean, but Internet is sketchy at best. Very frustrating. Breakfast has improved, with croissant sandwiches.
Went Downhill
Hand towel in our room had dirt all over it. Bath towels had a big wad of hair stuck to them. There was only one luggage cart for the entire hotel! Charging $20 for ‘incidentals’ even if you refund it later shows a policy of management greed. $230 for a one night stay in a Fairfield is a complete ripoff…the hotel is not that nice. We will never stay here again.
The staff was awesome and the breakfast was fantastic.??.

This was a quick overnight stay while on a road trip. The front desk ladies were professional and friendly. The room was clean although I found it odd that the TV was on when we entered the room.
