The staff, the rooms, restaurant recommendations were great. We love the design of the rooms with bed, living, kitchen and bathroom facilities. And the other home amenities like food, wine and laundry are just frosting on the cake.

I prepaid my reservation for an accessible tub room, but didn't get one when i arrived. So, i had a very uncomfortable bathing experience. Breakfast seems disorganized... foods aren't labeled correctly, toaster wasn't on (or working?). Maybe i caught them during a bad 2 weeks. they are usually much better than this.
