Walking in the lobby was repugnant due to the strong fragrance that was probably an attempt at using air freshener. Upon walking in my room there were three long black strands of hair and sticky drips in the tiled area in front of the refrigerator. The bathroom counter had dried residue on the countertop. I immediately went downstairs and informed staff who found me another room. She inspected it first before allowing me to enter it. I suspect she was checking the surface area so she could wiping anything that might have been unclean. The room was unpleasant for me. I understood this to be H2S by Hilton, but there was nothing resembling the quality of the Hilton corp. There was no closet but merely a portable storage space which was cheap and gave the impression that the Hilton was trying to find ways to cuts costs design, while pocketing as much revenue as possible. The long empty cubical shelves in the room and in the lobby also gave off the same vibe--a cheap way to 'decorate' to yield more revenue. The online photos make the Home2S appear as something you might find at a Hilton, however, the quality of the craftmanship and the cheaply designed materials used are less than desirable. The shower/bath faucets dripped; the hot water maker sprayed 3/4 cut of hot water on the counter; the bedside lamp shades were bent and the bulbs were so bright it did not give off a sense of restful sleep.

Booked two rooms with two queen beds. However, one room had a bed removed. The bed was just a queen not a king. Cleanliness was average. The continental breakfast was decent. Overall not a bad property.

This was a fabulous place to stay! Everyone in my family loved staying here. The staff was excellent and were quick to help! It was right near the highway so quick access but also an easy drive into Oxford. The rooms were wonderful and my nieces loved the shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the room as it smelled so wonderful! Beds were very comfortable and so was the pull out couch. Very clean rooms and bathroom! Breakfast was well done with a nice array of choices- both hot and cold. I especiallty loved the yogurt dispenser and the toppings that were by the hot oatmeal. The waffle maker was a hit with the kids! There was an outdoor sitting area with fire pits but it was really cold the night we were there and we didn't get to enjoy them. Again...very top notch place to stay and would stay there again!

What a perfect place to stay! Clean rooms, very comfy beds, delicious breakfast, and wonderful staff!!

The staff is great. Property was clean. Our suite was very spacious. Would stay again.

Big room, professional staff, very clean

No hot water in the room at 6am wasn't any when i left at 7:30 so no showers were had.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here the night before moving my daughter into her Ole Miss apt. and this location was a straight shot and short drive to Oxford. Room was nicely equipped and clean.

Conveniently located off highway

It was all good. First stay at this chain but certainly will do it again
