I made the reservation acknowledged I had a pet. The charge was and 168 with tax and fees. I get there and they insist I must pay an additional $75 non refundable pet fee. Absolutely unacceptable. I refuse to pay this. I demand a refund the black female refuses saying not only is she not refunding the original $168 she demanded I leave the premises. This was after I had driven for over 15 hours for my granddaughter’s high school graduation. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give them negative 100 that would be too high. Hilton should be ashamed and Booking or Expedia or whoever owes me an apology and somebody needs to refund my money! I am a two time Honorably Discharged Disabled Veteran who was treated like a criminal because I got upset about a fee that was not disclosed to me upon booking the reservation. I will make it my next mission in my life to make this experience known to every veteran organization possible. And every pet owner.

Very clean and quiet. Customer service were amazing. Rooms are very spacious. Everywhere we planned on going during our stay was short distance. Convenient stores were walking distance.

I did NOT get the room I reserved. When I inquired about the perceived mistake and presented a picture of the room I reserved, I was informed that they have never had a room like that. So then WHY is it advertised? Multiple families represented in the room and there was no privacy… as we had thought. Hair on the bathroom counter that was NOT ours, partially used roll of toilet paper on the holder, unsanitary! Bedding was stained and filthy, blanket was ripped. Carpet stinky and dirty. Cord assembly for window shade broken and just hanging there. Lamps wobbled and very worn, coming apart. I had to turn the tall lamp and shade towards the wall to prop it up so it wouldn’t fall over. Guests above us were stomping around in their room til past midnight. Bath towels very worn, almost worn clean through in several places. Coffee in lobby was cold and when they changed it out, it was full of coffee grounds. Pitiful accommodations for over $200.00 and only 7 hours in the room. I was not able to check in early and we had no place to change from travel clothes to event clothes. Wasn’t able to get to hotel until after 9:00 since we couldn’t get early check in.

I bookes and paid for 2 rooms, however, the booking site, Hotels.com only sent over the resevation for one room. The young lady at the checkin counter was polite and able to eventually solve this issue, but she had to completely redo the entire 2nd booking manually. Everything worked out in the end, but it added an additional 30 minutes to checking in after an already very long day on the road.
