I made the reservation acknowledged I had a pet. The charge was and 168 with tax and fees. I get there and they insist I must pay an additional $75 non refundable pet fee. Absolutely unacceptable. I refuse to pay this. I demand a refund the black female refuses saying not only is she not refunding the original $168 she demanded I leave the premises. This was after I had driven for over 15 hours for my granddaughter’s high school graduation. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give them negative 100 that would be too high. Hilton should be ashamed and Booking or Expedia or whoever owes me an apology and somebody needs to refund my money! I am a two time Honorably Discharged Disabled Veteran who was treated like a criminal because I got upset about a fee that was not disclosed to me upon booking the reservation. I will make it my next mission in my life to make this experience known to every veteran organization possible. And every pet owner.

Customer service was excellent.

Fair price and excellent stay. Parking was accessible, and breakfast was wonderful. Room was very clean.

Shower had no power on 4th floor, water barely came out. No shampoo in shower bottle and after telling them, next day it was full but pump to get it out was broken… and no conditioner was offered. Bleach spots all thoughout carpets (offered lady at the desk to let GM know that’s what I do (color repair them), but not interested . Breakfast was ok… eggs were powdered and watery. Coffee was really good. Mattress was lumpy and pillows were flat. I would expect better from a Hilton.

The smell of the room was so high I had to get out immediately it was stink. The pillows was dirty and smells I called the front desk with o help at all I woke up with my face swollen and my eyes red. I wouldn’t recommend this place for no one. I had two horrible there. I had to go out and cleaning stuff and air fresheners

Nice and clean the only thing that was uncomfortable for me was that they do not provide hair conditioner. I usually use my own but in this case was an emergency stay and I was out of personal items, and not even have available for sale.
