Very nice property, great breakfast and good coffee all day. Rooms are big with modern kitchen and big fridge. Many restaurants around. Very friendly staff!

We stayed here for Christmas. The staff was amazing, and the room was big enough for two adults, two kids, and a dog. The indoor pool was a nice activity.

The room was huge. 2 queens and a pullout sofa which came in clutch because my youngest daughter and granddaughter wanted to tag along. So much for for alone time for me and my wife. The indoor pool could have been hotter, but kids dont care. The gym was great also. The dumbbells went as high as 75lbs. Unheard of for most hotels. Very clean. I would definitely go back.

Other than our check-in experience we enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times when visiting family and it was the first time we have experienced a rude, disrespectful check-in representative. Messaged with the supervisor who seemingly disregarded my concerns saying it was miscommunication despite my communicating to him that she refused to let me show her documentation of incidental fees being paid via a cc authorization form ahead of time. I tried to explain that I had two reservations and that we were not checking in early. She refused to check me in without me paying another incidental fee. As stated previously the supervisor said it was just miscommunication and offered a free item from the little store area.

I stayed here for 2 nights and and both nights I received calls from the front desk because we were too loud and kids were jumping. This was not a pleasant experience at all. Very embarrassing to say the least. My kids are well behaved and no I’m not just saying that! Apparently these were two elderly ppl saying below us and we were on the 4th floor…the floor is very thin!! You can’t even walk (normal). I’ve stayed at many different hotels nearby and never got a call for noise!! Pool was ok more on the small side… and cold! Bfast was the usual, can’t complain about it.
