Excellent Place to Stay!!!
I am so happy I was able to book with this hotel. We needed a room for a family of four and this hotel did not disappoint. It has laundry facilities, indoor swimming pool, patio area to grill, gym and free breakfast! The room was very spacious and had all the needs for a kitchen. 24 hour hot tea, cocoa and coffee.

We like the room because it’s spacious and even though we didn’t have a view, it wasn’t a problem. I just wish they had more breakfast options and did housekeeping. We had to call before our trash got picked up. But overall, it was a good stay and we plan to come back and stay here again.

Location was so convenient for my daughter’s dance convention! I had to run to & from the hotel and the Reno Convention Center many times, so it made it an easy trip.

Normally have a good experience with Home2 but not this time. Few problems: Bathroom sink faucet lever broken Toilet seat loose to the point of being unsafe Sink separated from counter top, falling from under counter. Office chair back loose Smells like cigarette smoke Many outlets not working, USB A not working. AC resonates low throbbing frequency, had to turn off. Maintenance needs to spend a couple hours in that room.

When we entered our room, the remote was missing to the tv from the room. We called down to the receptionist and no one answered. We then walked down and saw a sign, " Please be patient while I am gone" We waited for 10 minutes. The poor girl was by herself and said that she had to text her supervisor. We went back to our room and we still got no answer. As we walked to the lobby a man in the room next to us was smoking in the hallway. It filled up our entire room. I walked to the lobby again and the receptionist was gone again. We waited for 10 minutes with two toddlers. When she finally came back we asked for another room due to the cigarette smoke. She was very sweet and found us another room on another floor. When we finally got to the room it only had one king bed. There were 4 of us. We promptly left the room to the lobby and again the sign on the counter was there and no receptionist. We waited for another 10 minutes and she finally came back and found another room. I know it wasn't her fault but she was there by herself on a Saturday and there was a lot of customers waiting to be helped. I feel there should have been more people there to help her. We waited for 45 minutes to get a new room and I know that poor was stressed doing it all by herself.

Overall a good stay. Price a bit high compared to other options. The free WIFI is too slow. I measured 4-5Mbps through my stay which is barely enough for streaming or video calls. It has a fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher but no stove so live be prepared to live with microwaved food. It's a couple of minutes away from the large mall so convenient for shopping purposes. Jessica was awesome.
