Very clean. Very nice. I called 5 other hotels in the area to see if their hot tubs worked. None of their hot tubs were ins service. I called Heritage Inn & Suites and their pool and hot tub were in service. They were clean and well maintained.

Convenient to area shopping and restaurants! The Woodlands Mall is within 10 minutes driving time! Parking at the hotel was adequate. The room was adequately cleaned! Amenities were good except for the swimming pool and hot tub as the water was cloudy.

The staff at the front desk was great!… But there was no water pressure for the shower. The ac would not turn down and stayed so hot no matter how low we turned it, so hot that we had to sleep with no covers on and was sweating all night and got zero sleep, it was miserable.
Also i booked and paid for a King deluxe suite that showed pictures of it have a separate living room, but it didn’t it was a regular King room.
