I love the separated rooms. It was nice and roomy. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was not that good Maybe if you add a different type of meat instead of the link sausage, maybe it will be better. Your front desk girl for the evening of June 13, check in time was amazing. Forgot my girl name, but she was the heavy set lady. She about the business. Customer satisfaction is awesome. I had a complaint about the room and she took care of it ASAP. That’s real service. Thank you love for that. Will book again.

There were a lot of issues. I am not one to complain but the beds were so bouncy and uncomfortable, the toilet constantly was running, the pool area was never cleaned, there were never any towels at the pool, breakfast was never served on time, the cleaning lady stole a spray bottle.

When we checked in the staff had a very unpleasant attitude. The lid on the toilet was dirty. We had no TV remote in our room. They brought us one that didn’t work and when we called for a second remote, we had to call and ask for it again because they never brought it. Would not be staying here again.
