This was my second time staying here and both times were wonderful. All of the staff are so friendly and well dressed. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast and snack buffets have so many options and they change the menu each day. And the 3 free daily alcoholic drinks are not skimpy on the liquor. My boyfriend said this was the nicest hotel he has ever stayed in. Within 10 minutes of just about any restaurant you could think of. Hotel bar is over priced but there’s a sports bar just walking distance away. Easy access off the freeway and a super safe locking gated parking garage. We will be back!

Came into town for the State Fair and to visit. Hotel was great! Everyone was friendly, soda machine was open all the time for a little taste when you wanted it. Breakfast and evening service were awesome. My son said it’s the best hotel! We would definitely stay here again.

All but one employee presented a friendly desire to help you. Room service was courteous and appeared to take the time/care to do it correctly.
Although it appears well maintained, I did notice that the elevator inspections were past due.
Location has multiple choices near by for food, and nearly direct access to a mass transit station and a major freeway into Dallas.
I was there for a week.
