The fact that my brother was staying in the same place as I was because I told him it was a great place to stay at because I have stayed here before for a wedding event back in 2023. Only for the place to randomly charge him $96 and some change at check out because of another cards info was in. Luckily my sister in law was able to clear it up with the hotel and said they would pay my brother back. But it is embarrassing to talk about how great this place was last time only for that inconvenience to happen before they checked out. And I wasn't there to help them. That kind of stuff shouldn't be happening and saying "I don't know why it like that" is not an excuse to use.

Made a reservation through a 3rd party but pick a pay later option, but since I have the Hilton honor app figure I pay it pick my room and floor. Later that evening when I received the digital key went to hotel to check in show front woman that I pay fulled she replied there no payment I didn’t want to argue and insert my card again asking her I wouldn’t get charged double but guess what I did . Which cause me to be on phone with Hilton ppl than front desk . They only refunded me for one night must check my credit card to make sure all have been removed what a freaking headache.

Arrived to who was supposed to be a King standard room but end d being a King handicap room which would have been fine but the shower head fell off , the towels were worn , and shower curtain should have been longer to block some of the water. The next morning however I spoke with Janvierwho was very helpful and gave me a much better room .For a handicapped room I would expect it to be in grow shape but was subparittobeinwybett
