Everything was good except for one grouchy guy at the desk and he wasn’t grouchy to me. He was grouchy to somebody else so I don’t really know the situation.I just overheard him being snappy

My wife and I initially chose the Hilton Garden Inn because of the great location. The property is close to the CHI Center and many downtown local bars and restaurants. Our stay was pleasant, and we thought the staff was helpful, the property was well-maintained, and the rooms were clean. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it looked decent as far as hotel breakfasts go. The adjacent parking lot was convenient, although not free. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a nice, clean, and affordable hotel in downtown Omaha.

Was in town for a concert at the Holland Center. Great location.p with only a couple blocks to walk. Enjoyed the breakfast and convenient attached parking garage.
