The receptionist upon check in seemed to want to be anywhere but at work. The shower did not get hot until TWELVE minutes into shower. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the shower/tub did not drain. You literally stood in ankle deep water for the entire shower. We called the front desk to report the issue and we had the pleasure of speaking to the same lovely employee who seemed agitated that we even called. She offered for us to come get some soap at the front desk and that was about it. Would not stay here again.

This hotel was quiet and the staff was always available and they were very friendly. Another positive thing I liked, someone was always at the front desk. There was not a time I had to wait or ring a bell for someone to come and greet me.
