Hotel is being renovated but that's good to see because it shows that they care, broom was really comfortable and updated staff was super friendly and accommodating and it was a about 20 minutes to either Busch Gardens or downtown Tampa

When booking the hotel, the site didnt say it was doing renovation at the time of the stay. In my opinion, the price was more then it should had been.
All staff members were nice.
It didnt look like our rooms carpet was vacuumed or clean. There were long pieces of hair all over on 1 side of the room.
Hopefully once its done renovating, it will be a 5 star hotel. I under alot of places were damaged by the hurricanes so thats why I gave it a 4 star.

I’m a Hilton honors member for many years. They give you complimentary waters, they told us they were in the room, but wher none there. Hotel had huge damage from Storm Milton and is under complete remodel. Price was extremely high for the conditions!!!!

The property is under renovation. It appears to be affecting the staff because they are not too cordial. The ruins look nice but it feels like the Hilton is trying to nickle and dime you with bottles of water. The area looks safe. Parking was easy. At 1AM the fire alarms went off. No communication from any staff. We have an entire hotel spending the night in the parking lot with their dogs kids and grand parents. "A great night at Hilton" NOT!

Didn’t get the room I paid for. Roof leaked in many different areas. They charge for the complimentary breakfast. Not accommodating.
