Second time staying there and I love it I will go back

Very happy with the bed sheets, which were very clean, and almost new. Staff is very friendly. Located in a nice area, and walkable to restaurants nearby. Property is a little old, carpet on the hallway was kind of worn, shower head and bathroom sink may need upgrade soon. All in all, we like this hotel.

It was nice for one night.

We were passing through from Arizona and stayed overnight. It was very comfortable and staff was very welcoming.

Room was comfortable but...mattress was too small for platform and was dangerous whan walking close to the bed..causing injury to the guest's legs. Please correct the platform size relative to the queen size mattress.

The hotel is in dire need of refreshing. Old, beat up rooms. The common area carpet is so old it has ripples that you trip on from years of vacuuming. Clearly not up to the standards of my other Hilton Garden Inn status. If Conrad Hilton saw this property with his name on it he would roller over!! .

King suite is very comfortable and spacious. Bed was good too. Great having 2 tv’s.

I like the Hilton Garden Inn because it’s very human size and can get to your room with relative ease. I hadn’t been back to this property for a while only because I had found another one closer to where my destination was, but I had used it quite frequently before that and I was really sad to see that the front desk staff upon checking in and another time that we ran into her when she was the only person behind the desk and it was not busy was a disappointment, she was relatively efficient, but just no smile or eye contact it was kind of sad. Also the food and drinks in the kiosk that you could purchase was low on all of its products. Again, I like the size of the property and the location and the cleanliness but sure would love a little bit more pleasant interaction with the front desk.
