Really enjoyed our experience.

Huge shout out to Anita, who was our server at the Hilton garden inn restaurant! My son asked for chocolate chips in the waffles and she said that it wasn’t on the menu. However, she asked if he liked Twix candy bars. He said he loved them (which he does). Anita went back and got a Twix bar from the snack shop and had the cook crumble up Twix into the waffle batter for Andrew’s waffle. He loved the finished product and it really made his day! We even took at photo with Anita! A+ customer service going above and beyond and she was professional and helpful too.

No help or place to unload. Parking expensive inconvenience.

This hotel is in a very dangerous area. The pictures are deceiving. I had to lose the money and find another hotel.

The hotel was just okay. The A/C wasn’t working in the lobby/restaurant/bar area so eating breakfast in the am was HOT. We couldn’t enjoy the bar or our buffet breakfast due to the extreme heat, but we already paid the $17 so we endured. Our room was ok. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out from the previous occupant which was a little gross. We called to have them clean it, but they never came. The toilet seat was broken and the light fixtures were filled with dirt and dust. The shower contained shampoo, conditioner and hand soap which was weird. Not body wash, hand soap. Also, the valet was a complete mess. The wait to get your car was about 12 minutes each time and at one point they brought the wrong persons car. Valet is the only option if you don’t want to park on the street. The beds were comfortable and the room was pretty large. The room could use a deep cleaning and minor repairs, but for our needs for one day it was fine.

Hallways were quiet even while the hotel was filled with teens. Valet parking staff was friendly. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay, hot tub in pool area was not hot

The property has construction going on. The water was cold/lukewarm. We had to go down stairs to get towels after requesting them several times. The toilet leaked and the room had an order; dirty carpet. I was there for a conference. They ran out of food twice for the event. The food was not good at all. Will not stay at this hotel again.
