Close to all downtown areas and Basketball Hall of Fame.

We were here for a hockey tournament. Hotel was under construction. so some rooms were pretty beat up and a few had just been renovated. We were in an old room. It had ripped wallpaper, mushy beds and no ventilation in the bathrooms. You have to go through the swimming area to get to the gym and this weekend, the pool was filled with little kids. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Every morning we were woken up by taking in the hallways as the hotel crew or room maintenance were working and talking via their walkie talkies. Also the first night, there was a homeless man wandering the hotel. He tried to come back that night but at least you couldn’t get in the hotel without a room key. One benefit is that the hotel is walking distance to the basketball hall of fame and a couple of restaurants and the staff was nice.

Room clean good maintenance service always pleasant at desk.

The hotel was fine, just stuck with too much money.

Homeless sketchy people in the lobby and staff doing nothing about it. Construction noise starting at 8am on the weekend.

Construction, including use of something sounding like a jackhammer begain at 9:02 am on a holiday weekend. The noise was comically loud. Inexcusable for a sold out hotel to schedule such disruptive work while people are there over the long weekend.

Was rudely awoken by construction/unannounced maintenance at 8:30. No mention of this at check-in or on either Hotels.com or the hotel's website. Noise was too loud to make phone calls or join a Zoom meeting at 9:30 that was planned weeks ago. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Dirty, scammy place

I stay at this facility twice a year for the last eight years. Don’t like the shower tubs to begin with. What makes it even worse is when the tub drain is clogged. It’s clogs the tub almost instantly in the shower and it’s absolutely disgusting. They should rectify or upgrade to shower stalls. No one uses a tub these days when they are traveling.
