My wife and I just spent one night for a little getaway and were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel! Enjoyed a little late night dinner and all was very good, especially the staff! Thank you for a job well done!

The staff was polite and very helpful. The property has Crabtree mall around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Great for a weekend getaway.

Property was clean inside and out! Nice outdoor seating area with heat! Rooms were very nice and comfortable! Very convenient location to shopping mall and restaurants! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Had buffet breakfast that was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

It was an ok stay. TV did not work when we arrived, but it got fixed. Would be better if breakfast was included. Even better if a nightly happy hour was included like our next hotel on the trip. Would try another hotel for our next trip to Raleigh.

The property overall was amazing. The young man at the front desk went out of his way to make everything perfect. There was one person - a woman working the breakfast that went out of her way to be rude- the Expedia app said they provide room service so I called to get coffee and breakfast brought up. Turns out they only provide evening room service. No where do they tell you this. The woman said in a curt tone, “You’re going to have to come down and get it yourself”. Wow.
Every other staff member was kind and professional. I will come back but now I know not to get breakfast there.
