Good stay except for the power going out.

Clean the lobby bathroom.
I have stayed twice during last three weeks for a total of seven days. The lobby Men's bathroom is uncleaned every morning. No toilet paper for commode. Wastebasket overflowing. Sinks and counter dirty. Only on my last morning had it been properly cleaned and stocked. You can do better!
Fabulous mini vacay!
This hotel is awesome. Definitely will be my go to when in the Charlotte area. The staff were attentive, happy, friendly and so helpful. The room, pool area, bar and lobby area are immaculate. And sweet generous amenities, include an ice water dispenser by the front door, complimentary water, tea, soft drinks and a sweet treat off of the pool. Both the parfait and key lime pie were delicious. We had dinner in the bar one evening and the food was delicious and the bartender a sweetheart. And I must add the complimentary coffee served in the lobby is the best coffee I have ever been offered in a hotel! I would love to go back and will be back.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly and attentive. All of them! Good food and drinks in bar. Room and lobby clean, overall a good stay. Would come back again!
