Appreciated staff like Erika Chaney at front desk with help moving to a quieter room.

Had a wonderful time, great staff.

Clean, comfortable, it served its purpose.

Normally Hilton’s are okay, but this stay was an exception. I was greeted to a bathroom that smelled like someone had had horrible diarrhea, and when I went to wash my hands the soap bottle was empty. Not exactly a great start. Then I went to bed looking forward to sleeping in only to have the alarm clock wake me up at 5:45am. Then there’s the parking. You have to use a QR code. As soon as I stepped out to get the license plate number so I could validate my car there was already a warning on my car. Then after validation I got a warning the morning I checked out. Seriously, people. When I went to checkout I saw nothing for digital checkout, and there was nobody at the desk. When somebody finally did show up they didn’t even ask how my stay was. Not great, and I won’t be staying here, again

Overall it was a clan hotel and mostly quiet. The complains I have are the parking fee and the lack of towels at the pool.

Carpet was dirty. The mattress was cheap and hurt my back. For $300+ a night, I expected a decent mattress. For$300+ a night I expected complimentary water. $3.50 for a small bottle of water is criminal. The $66 a night motel I'm currently in has a better mattress AND provided me with 2 bottles of water EACH DAY of my stay.

Exceptional

The room was clean and the toiletries were very nice. The shower had lots of pressure.

Staff at the morning buffet and bar was barely there. Not attentive. I had to get up multiple times to request service

Parking is additional and lot is very small. Hard to find a parking spot and connected hotel was locked due to low staff and not able to walk through the building. Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. It was an exercise stat except for the parking difficulties.
