Great people, clean environment, comfy beds!
Hilton Garden Inn Downtown staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and beds are comfy. We will stay again.
Poor room and confused reservation.
We were given a new room the second night because the shade didn’t work and the drain didn’t drain. It was a bright night trying to sleep! We made the reservations and were told on the phone I had to pay upfront for both rooms, which I did. We couldn’t seem to make the front desk realize that the other couple wanted to pay for other incidentals. It was under our name and they weren’t recognized as in the room. It was a strange situation! We could have a free breakfast the last morning, because of our poor first night! That’s usually free anyway at most hotels.

Loved this hotel, clean and fun location downside you have to pay for parking but it was only $13/day.
Clean Room, Nice View.
Found room to be very clean. The view of the park from the 5th floor was amazing. Needed to call housekeeping for service and phone dial, volume very low.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel and rooms are super clean. Nice restaraunt and bar on second floor. The only confusing thing is the check in desk is on the second floor. Overall, excellent.
