Never saw a smile, and barely had a grunt from any of the staff. Room was roomy, but roll in shower had a curtain that did not reach the floor (5-6 inch gap) so water splashed all over. Breakfast is advertised as complimentary, but only for some. Very nice room, but we almost felt as if we were nobodies.
