ALL of the staff are amazing! So outgoing and helpful. Convenient parking and great breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Love the secure key card elevators and entrances.

Good Downtown Hotel!
Everything went well. A great and comfortable room, convenient ramp parking (there wasn't precipitation but it would be handy if there were). Location is great. close (and walkable) to State Street, close to Meriter Hospital, restaurants and throwing distance to Kohl Center! We plan on returning when in town. And they make good on their promise to resolve problems!

The room was perfect The housekeeping staff did a great job. The hotel bartender was terrific and gave us great service.
