I paid for early check in. When I arrived, they stated I didn't have early check in. I paid for breakfast. When I tried to eat, they said I was not on the list to eat. They said made reservations through a third party which was not true. I spoke directly to someone who worked at the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel. They allowed early check in, but only after they tried to charge me extra money, and I said that I’ll wait for a few hours for the check in time in the lobby.

The person who checked me in had a "sucker" in her mouth and was hard to understand. Not professional.
This property charges for parking and I HATE PROPERTIES THAT DO THIS. I WILL NOT USE THIS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS ALONE.
The shower valve was very confusing and it was difficult to find where the hot part of the valve that turned around more than once. I think the cold/hot water lines in the wall were reversed. The agent at the desk said they'd let maintenance know. I doubt they ever will look into it.
