I paid for early check in. When I arrived, they stated I didn't have early check in. I paid for breakfast. When I tried to eat, they said I was not on the list to eat. They said made reservations through a third party which was not true. I spoke directly to someone who worked at the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel.

The breakfast procedure was not clear. Breakfast was not included with our stay but it appeared to be open for all with no signs or staff explaining it. We seated our selves just like the sign said and then 1/2 way through our breakfast we were told that we would be charged???

I did not appreciate being in a room with a view of a wall. I was told your hotel was not fully booked, I would’ve hoped someone would’ve offered me a room with a view. Additionally, I was given a put in a handicap room….did not like the shower….floor got very wet and slippery. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff is excellent, but the property is old and needs to be refreshed. The elevators are constantly broken. The elevator lights don't even light up to tell you which direction the elevator is going. The halls are dark and dingy. The parking fee is ridiculously excessive, whereas other properties in the DTC provide free parking. No room service. WTH.

The biggest problem is that you need to pay for parking. And it’s quite expensive. Besides that, it’s great.
