Ms. Shaundra at that location went above and beyond to make my experience WONDERFUL! She should be recognized with her "patience and persistence" to rectify my issue. Need more of her in the hotel industry for sure! Will stay there again due to her kindness! Ms. Shaundra you ROCK!

Room was very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. I plan to return as a guest in the future.

My sister and I came to Williamsburg area to visit our mother at Walter Reed Nursing Home and we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. The manager and staff were very friendly and professional. We were constantly greeted with smiles and courtesy. They fulfilled every request. Our room was immaculate and cozy! They assisted us with restaurant selections. We will definitely return to this hotel! ❤️.
