Our hotel of choice when we fly out of Portland Jetport!
Check in was easy and pleasant. Andrew the front desk staffer was as polite and entertaining as he was professional. The room was clean and everything worked as expected. Shuttle service the following morning was available upon request. We will stay there again.

Unexpectedly Run Down.
This hotel is very run down but the staff is friendly and the room was clean.
Great personal service evening check in and morning check out.
The check in crew was very friendly and made the start of the stay great. In the morning, they were very helpful as they were aware that our flight had been canceled. They offered to keep the room open for us if we were not rebooked for the same day, or even if booked much later. Turns out that we were rebooked, albeit much later but better than the couple next to us at the counter who were being told tomorrow arrival with a layover somewhere tonight! Great them! And the room. Was quite nice, clearly set up as a business stay room.
Low lighting heavy sliding doir.
Heavy sliding door to bathroom we were unable to make it close. Low lighting also made it difficult to see around the room. Honor Hilton but will not stay there again.

Neisha, breakfast waitress, was outstanding! She was very attentive and you could tell she loved her job!
Pleasant stay, friendly staff, nice clean room, comfy beds.
Always book this hotel when traveling via airplane. Enjoy my stay every time.
