Excellent

For the price it was a total disaster. We were given our key to the room and when we entered the room it was not cleaned. The bed was not made and there were empty beer bottles and cans all over the room.

I would never use Expedia ever again after booking the wrong room and being told I had to contact them and being on hold for 12 minutes and getting a message technical difficulties goodbye does not float with me when I returned home from my trip I contacted them they couldn't even find the trip I booked and instead of offering me the cash refund because of an early checkout they tried to sell me on the refund for my next travel excursion I would not use Expedia ever in my life again.

They was not very good after finding out that Expedia did not book the correct room with the hotel the front desk had no remorse did not even offer any compensation for a smaller room for three grown men who by the way are not gay so room was not satisfactory they would not even offer us a complimentary breakfast for the misunderstanding of the booking or to make anything right because we booked through a third party I felt we were less of people through their eyes they had no regard to anything we needed as far to make our stay more comfortable staff is ignorant housekeeping is so so every time we got off our elevator the entire stay our floor smells like a dirty diaper does not happy at all but not recommend the hotel to anyone who has business to do in the area after we checked into our wrong room a TV didn't even work and our A/C leaked all over the carpet so in the middle of the night you woke up to wet feet we got out of bed we'll never stay at the hotel again.

The employees were cordial and helpful. The property was neat and clean. I would definitely recommend this property.

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED!!!

There was no tub drain stopper or plug in the bathtub to stop water from going down. The accessability bathtub, was one of the reasons I chose that room as myself and my mother both have foot and ankle injury and pain severly. Also, the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the showrr were empty, there was also only two small hand towels stocked in room. I called down to the front desk and told the person who answered the phone about the issues such as no tub xrain stopper, NO hair and body soaps in containers. THE GUY PROCCEEDED TO TELL ME THE ONLY THING HE COULD FIX NOW WAS THE TUB DRAIN PLUG , BUT I WOULD NEED TO COME DOWN MYSELF TO DESK TO GET ONE.. also for the 3rd time i inquired prior confirmatin on spa closeure time but 3 times everytime we were there Staff closed pool area early. I cannot walk well right

Very happy with this hotel. I will definitely stay here again. The room was very clean and had all the little item you may have forgotten to pack for example, personal shower cap and hair tie. The hotel is very convenient, close to the ABE airport. And breakfast, which smelled amazing however we did not get to try since we were running late.

The property was rated as Excellent, however it definitely should not have gotten that rating. It was a good property at most. The breakfast was okay, and should have definitely been part of the hotel fee. Staff was friendly, area was good. I would not stay at the hotel again.
